Terms & Conditions for Clients

Acceptance of Terms and Amendments

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Full House Service Platform and the client. Accessing or using the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance. The Platform may modify terms at any time without notice.

Scope of Application

These terms apply to all interactions including account creation, project posting, offers, communication, payments, tracking, and disputes. Using the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities and Data Accuracy

The client must provide accurate, complete data and is fully responsible for errors. The client must prepare the project site.

Exclusive Communication Through the Platform

All communication must be within the Platform. External communication voids warranty, support, and may lead to account suspension. Failure to respond to a stage delivery within 7 days counts as approval.

Payments

All payments must be through the Platform. External payments are not recognized and void rights.

Project Follow-up and Complaints

The client may view all project details. Complaints are handled based on evidence. The Platform may suspend projects or payments.

Cancellation

Client may cancel before execution. After execution, cancellation requires proof of major breach.

Data Protection

The Platform follows Saudi PDPL. Data is confidential and shared only when required. Platform liability is limited to amounts paid.

Recovery of Outstanding Payments

Platform may recover unpaid amounts and may suspend accounts or take legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Platform is not liable for client/provider errors, incorrect data, external dealings, delays, or unguaranteed expectations. Max liability equals paid amounts.

Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Full House Service. Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

Fraud Prevention

External communication, external payments, multiple accounts, misleading data, or system misuse may result in cancellation or legal action.

Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under Riyadh courts.
